E. L. Lotecka, PhD
After migrating from the East Coast, “E.L.” has made his home in California's San Diego County since 1976. His commerce & science, social psychology and human development education was at Drexel University, University of Pennsylvania, Duquesne University and Union Institute & University respectively.
He has provided special services for organizations such as Boeing, Exxon, US Navy/Marines and National Institute of Health as well as universities, schools and county/non-profit agencies. His individual clients have included business, government, engineering, education and healthcare professionals.
E.L. has emphasized self-management, social support, cultural transition and continuing development programs. His unified approach encompasses solution focus, advanced motivation, functional analysis, interpersonal skills, stress reduction and multimodal training. Sample evaluations of his work are "conscientious, caring and competent" and "very helpful", "developed real speaking confidence", "excellent".
Besides his long-term role as success coach, he is currently program director of the APAL Foundation’s applied research & development for communication skills. E.L.’s recreational activities include art shows, walking/hiking, swimming and dancing.
