The Communications Connections* program is being coordinated by APAL, a 501(c)3 California-based organization was founded in 1976. Over the years, APAL has pioneered development programs for communication competencies, beneficial habit changes, and attention skills. Blended technologies of interactive games, Internet & Smartphone applications; resource websites; and email consultation have supported the goals.

Communications Connections* support interested learners using substantiated methods for effective language, cultural and communication knowledge and skills. Volunteers provide a range of support, including education, management, media, science, technology and promotion.
